Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers in an outpatient clinic. You will deliver direct and indirect patient care, assist with clinical procedures, document accurately, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, BLS, and at least one year of outpatient experience; MA program graduate preferred. Training at MA Clinic Academy is required for new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; MA Clinic Academy training required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• One year of experience in outpatient/ambulatory care.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
