Requires a high school diploma, MA Clinic Academy training, active MA certification, and BLS for Hospital Outpatient Departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
• Must actively maintain MA certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Hospital Outpatient Departments.

Responsibilities

• Support providers by delivering direct and indirect patient care.
• Assist with clinical procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
