Job summary

Mercy Medical Assistants provide direct and indirect patient care in outpatient clinics, supporting providers with clinical procedures, accurate documentation, and administrative duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, completion of an MA program, BLS certification, and at least one year of outpatient experience, with strong communication, EHR skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• One year of outpatient or ambulatory care experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation.
