Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-visit work, obtain vital signs and assist examinations.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments; stock exam rooms.
• Respond to patient portal messages the same day.
• Administer vaccines and handle prescriptions per standing protocols.
• Schedule pre-admission and diagnostic tests; follow up with patients post-surgery.
• Greet, check-in/out patients; schedule and manage charts and billing tasks.
• Maintain compliance with policies and communicate within the care team.
• May scribe and document encounters; monitor care team metrics.
• Provide coverage for other Core Offices as needed.
