Beth Israel Lahey Health's Core Physicians seeks a Medical Assistant to support clerical, clinical and business tasks under direct supervision. The MA will work with nurses, nurse practitioners, or physicians to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care across Seacoast NH locations.

Responsibilities include pre-visit work, vital signs, vaccines, charting, scheduling, and ensuring exam rooms are stocked and clean, while maintaining patient confidentiality and team communication.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required or equivalent.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or credentialed training within 6 months.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Perform pre-visit work and obtain vital signs.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments; maintain exam rooms.
• Respond to patient portal messages on the same day.
• Schedule pre-admission and diagnostic testing; follow up with patients.
