Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• MA Certification required within one year of hire.
• State of Idaho LPN License required.
• Current BLS certification preferred; BLS class available on hire.

Aufgaben

• Meets patients in the provider panel and responds promptly to walk-ins.
• Performs clinical procedures within scope (injections, EKGs, venipuncture, screenings, etc.).
• Document tests and procedures with CPT codes for provider sign-off.
• Assist provider during procedures and coordinate subsequent care.
• Coordinate patient care, authorizations, and follow-up on results.
• Refill medications per clinic protocol.
• Review health records and prepare items for provider review.
• Enter and track patient recalls (immunizations, labs, screenings).
• Track outpatient referrals to completion.
• Operate and maintain clinic equipment per manuals and protocols.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely patient flow.
• Participate in meetings and quality improvement activities.
• Adhere to Health West Inc. policies and procedures.
