Ascension Calumet Clinic in Chilton, WI is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care in Family Practice. You will assist with treatments, document histories and vital signs, and help ensure a comfortable, efficient patient experience.

This full-time day-shift role requires BLS certification and an accredited MA credential. You will transcribe orders, coordinate tests, maintain clean exam areas, and provide essential administrative support to keep the department running smoothly.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification must be obtained within 1 month of hire.
• Medical Assistant credential from NHA/AMT/NCCT/AAMA must be obtained prior to hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist with treatments and conduct clinical assessments to support patient care.
• Document patient histories, vital signs, and provider encounters to support clinical decisions.
• Transcribe orders, coordinate tests, and communicate follow-up instructions to providers.
