Job summary

Clarvida in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the High Fidelity Wraparound program, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality behavioral health services. The role includes direct clinical service delivery when needed, oversight of program development, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The position requires a CA license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or psychologist), several years in behavioral health, and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health field is required.
• Active California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Licensed Psychologist) in good standing.
• Minimum of five years in behavioral health; two years post-licensure supervision preferred.
• Experience with supervision, treatment planning, and case consultation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical service delivery across assigned program operations.
• Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff for professional development.
• Lead staff meetings, treatment team meetings, and clinical consultations.
• Provide direct clinical services including individual, family, and group therapy as needed.
• Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Coordinate care with referral sources, psychiatrists, nursing, and partners.
• Support staff in complex cases and behavioral health crises.
• Review documentation for regulatory, contractual, and org standards.
• Complete utilization reviews, QA activities, and required reports.
• Develop and implement program services and clinical programming.
• Provide community education, consultation, and outreach.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive QA improvements.
• Participate in budget planning with program leadership.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professional boundaries.
• Provide BBS supervision hours to eligible pre-licensed clinicians as applicable.
• Transport clients as needed using a personal vehicle.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and program planning activities.
