**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Director of Supportive Care or designee, perform a variety of duties in support of Hospice & Palliative Care services, including but not limited to: provide direction to assigned clinical staff to ensure daily operations and service management are timely and meet patient/customer needs. Manage the mix of services, introduce and apply new approaches to improve utilization, such as length of stay and cost per unit measures. Promote an environment where staff is included and encouraged to generate ideas for process improvement. Investigate, correct, and implement root cause improvements in response to all levels of complaints and suggestions, including sentinel events.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent knowledge and experience required.
  • Minimum of five years relevant clinical experience and at least one year of supervisory experience required.
  • Hospice or Home Health Care experience preferred.
  • Evidence of current CPR certification.
  • Highly effective interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, databases, and electronic records programs.
  • Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption with a signed statement.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on experience.


Pay Range


USD $95,908.80 - USD $170,996.80 /Yr.


Rotation Schedule Requirement


No weekend rotation; however, there is a weekday on-call rotation every 10th week (Monday through Friday) and one holiday per year.
