We are searching for a talented Clinical Manager - Support Care

Responsibilities:

• Under supervision, perform duties supporting Hospice & Palliative Care services, including providing direction to clinical staff to ensure timely and effective operations.
• Manage service mix, introduce new approaches to improve utilization, length of stay, and costs.
• Encourage staff participation in process improvement and investigate complaints for root causes and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years relevant clinical experience and at least one year supervisory experience.
• Hospice or Home Health Care experience preferred.
• Current RN Licensure in Massachusetts and CPR certification.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with computer software and electronic records.
• Must be vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have an exemption.

Compensation: Pay rate based on experience. Range: USD $95,908.80 - $170,996.80/year.

Rotation Schedule: No weekend rotation; weekday on-call every 10th week, Mon-Fri, and 1 holiday/year.
