The position offers a Monday–Friday leadership schedule with a competitive base salary starting at $85K+ and quarterly bonuses. Office-based with occasional field support, located in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license and in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER).
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a clinical team of home health clinicians.
• Ensure Medicare/state compliance and review OASIS documentation.
• Monitor patient outcomes and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

  Your Role as Clinical Manager (RN)

  • Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and regulatory standards
  • Review documentation for accuracy and quality (including OASIS)
