Job summary

Concordia at Bethlen is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to lead a dedicated clinical team and oversee day-to-day operations in a faith-based continuing care retirement community in Pennsylvania. This role requires a PA RN license with at least 2 years of home health supervision, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications for the Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager position:

• Registered nurse with a current valid Pennsylvania license with a current valid Pennsylvania license. BSN recommended.
• Two [2] years home health experience with roles reflective of progressive responsibility, including supervision in home health.
• Knowledge base of agency policies, federal and state regulations and third-party payers
• Exhibits strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Evidence of leadership activities
• Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state
• Experienced with computers and electronic health record software/documentation.
