Job summary

NHC HomeCare Knoxville is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead patient care services and personnel in our homecare agency. The RN will manage and direct clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and staff performance.

The ideal candidate is an energetic RN with a passion for people, capable of coordinating referrals, educating staff, and helping transition to electronic records (Kinnser). This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Tennessee or compact state.
• At least 1 year RN experience; 6 months home care preferred.
• Supervisory experience.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance; good driving record.
• Able to meet background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hire and maintain the best clinical staff.
• Coordinate referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals and physicians.
• Ensure staff cover care needs with proper staffing levels.
• Educate and monitor the care provided.
• Assist in transitioning to electronic records (Kinnser).

We need an energetic sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care!

• Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse, with home experience (we like 6 months at least)
• Supervisory experience
• Committed to helping meet patient goals
• Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record
• Able to meet Background Screening requirements
