NHC HomeCare Knoxville is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee patient care services and direct clinical staff, ensuring safe, high‑quality home health care.

The ideal candidate holds a Tennessee RN license (or compact state), has at least one year of RN experience with home care preferred, supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background screening. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in Tennessee or compact state.
• Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse, home experience preferred (6 months).
• Supervisory experience.
• Committed to helping meet patient goals.
• Current Driver's License, car insurance, and good driving record.
• Able to meet Background Screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and maintaining the best clinical staff.
• Coordinating referrals and on-going care with patients, caregivers, hospitals and physicians, and our clinicians.
• Helping NHC HomeCare meet patients' needs.
• Providing care as needed, but mainly ensuring staff availability to provide that care.
• Educating and monitoring care provided.
• Assisting transition to electronic records (Kinnser).
