Job summary

NHC HomeCare Hendersonville is seeking aClinical Manager (RN) to lead and direct patient care services and personnel in our home care agency. The RN will supervise clinical staff, coordinate referrals with hospitals, physicians and caregivers, and ensure delivery of high-quality care.

Ideal candidate is an energetic RN with supervisory experience, valid TN or compact license, and a commitment to meeting patient goals. Position supports full-time employment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; home care preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must meet background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hire and retain skilled clinical staff.

Position: Clinical Manager

NHC HomeCare Hendersonville is looking for aClinical Manager (RN) to join our team! The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency.

We need an energetic sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care!

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse in Tennessee or compact state
• Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse, with home experience (we like 6 months at least)
• Supervisory experience
• Committed to helping meet patient goals
• Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record
• Able to meet Background Screening requirements

Position Highlights:

• Hiring and maintaining the best clinical staff
• Coordinating referrals and on-going care with patients, their caregivers, hospitals and physicians, and our clinicians ;
• Providing care as needed, but mainly making sure we have the staff to provide that care
• Educating and monitoring care provided.
