Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and programs of the mental health facility.
• Provide supervision for SACOT & SAIOP programs and ensure quality standards.
• Develop and review care strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, and staff performance evaluations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidential patient records.
