Job summary

UCF Health Faculty Physician Practice in Orlando seeks a Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the practice site, supervise clinical and administrative staff, and maintain strong relationships with referring groups.

You will mentor staff, coordinate training, ensure compliance with CPR/OSHA/HIPAA, and drive patient-centered care and safety initiatives. This is a full-time role with benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN Florida State License.
• CPR, OSHA, HIPAA training/certifications.
• 1–3 years of related management or clinical supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of running practice.
• Manage clinical and administrative staff and schedules.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Participate in performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
