Job summary

UCF Health is seeking a Clinical Manager – LPNs and/or RNs to lead daily operations across the practice site. You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, coordinate with nursing and admin teams, and maintain strong relationships with referring groups to deliver patient-centered care.

This role emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation to uphold high-quality patient care and efficient operations within a multi-site clinical setting.

Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Knowledge of medical issues and terminology.
• Ability to lead and mentor clinical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the practice sites and ensures smooth operations.
• Manages clinical and administrative staff performance and scheduling.
• Maintains relationships with referring groups and ensures high patient satisfaction.
• Collaborates with nursing and administrative teams to deliver quality patient care.
• Participates in process improvements and safety initiatives.
