BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Horsham, PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to advance into a Hospice Clinical Manager role.

You will lead a team of nurses and field clinicians, conduct client assessments, provide clinical guidance, and oversee onboarding and ongoing staff education. This leadership role emphasizes mentoring, quality care, and collaboration with families, empowering clinicians to grow professionally while delivering compassionate hospice services in clients’ homes

Formación

• Active RN license
• At least two years of nursing experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Hospice experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting patients and families and helping clinicians grow professionally

Responsabilidades

Jefferson at Home by BAYADA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Horsham, PA hospice office as a Hospice Clinical Manager.

Our team provides compassionate, high-quality hospice care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes and assisted living communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is ready to move beyond direct patient care and into a leadership role, supporting clinical excellence, mentoring fellow nurses, and helping ensure patients and families receive exceptional care.
