Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license.
  • At least two years of nursing experience, including one year in management.

The Clinical Manager coordinates and oversees all direct care patient services provided by clinical personnel.

  • Develops, plans, implements, analyzes, and organizes clinical operations for a specific location.
  • Conducts/delegates patient assessments, updates care plans, and interprets patient needs, adhering to company and healthcare policies.
  • Manages caregiver assignments and oversees care delivery to patients.
  • Receives case referrals, reviews patient information, and ensures patients meet admission criteria, assigning clinicians accordingly.
  • Guides clinicians to improve performance and quality of care, providing support during operating hours.
  • Assists in establishing therapeutic goals and developing patient Plans of Care.
  • Monitors documentation for regulatory compliance and ensures timely billing in accordance with Medicare regulations.
  • Coordinates communication among team members, physicians, and caregivers to ensure appropriate care and planning.
  • Works with the Branch Director and Finance Department to meet revenue and budget goals.
  • Participates in sales and marketing activities.
  • Supervises clinical staff, overseeing performance, training, and adherence to policies.
  • Handles employee discipline fairly, with HR and leadership support.
  • Participates in hiring, training, and evaluating staff, and recommends educational programs.
  • Assesses staff educational needs and conducts ongoing staff training.
  • Uses Performance Improvement principles to analyze and resolve clinical issues.
  • Reviews clinical documentation for appropriateness and compliance.
  • Responsible for QA/PI activities and data tracking for performance analysis.
  • Provides direct patient care occasionally, mainly in emergencies.
  • Acts as Branch Director in absence.
  • Ensures compliance with company standards and external regulations.
  • Engages in performance improvement and maintains clinical knowledge through training.
  • Maintains relationships with referral sources and participates in professional organizations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current RN license.
  • Proof of CPR certification.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • At least two years of nursing experience, including one year in management in home care or hospice.

Pay Range

$77,200 - $106,200 per year. Compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Eligible for a bonus based on performance.

Referral Bonus

Bonuses available for successful candidate referrals, subject to eligibility.
