Job summary

LIFESPAN Services in North Carolina is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Clinical Manager to oversee health and rehabilitative services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community-based programs.

The role requires a 4-year degree, 2 years of supervised mh/dd/sa experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional adjustments for program needs.

Qualifications

• A verified Qualified Professional within the MH/DD/SA system of care with a bachelor’s degree and two years of supervised mh/dd/sa experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for day-to-day performance.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision provides ongoing evaluation, planning, coordination, and integration of health or rehabilitative services for adults served with developmental disabilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure person-centered supports and services.
