Office of the Child Advocate in Massachusetts is hiring two Clinical Managers to lead intake, triage, and assignment of Complaint Line inquiries and critical incident reports.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with youth in state services, deep knowledge of Massachusetts child-serving agencies, and strong clinical analysis.

These full-time, hybrid roles require independent judgment, travel, and collaboration to improve policy and practice for vulnerable children and families.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human services such as social work, psychology, or criminal justice.
• Minimum five years of experience in child welfare or similar field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Moderate proficiency in data analysis (Excel) and ability to translate data to policy.

Mansioni

• Manage intake, screening, triaging, and assignment of inquiries and reports.
• Provide case consultation and supervision for Clinical Specialists.
• Perform Ombudsperson functions on the Complaint Line.
• Attend site visits with Youth Engagement Manager and ensure timely follow-up.
• Identify trends and advise policy and practice improvements.
