The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) in New York City is seeking a QI Clinical Manager to oversee CAS II assessments and FFPSA-compliant services for youth requiring QRTP placement. You will lead clinical staff, coordinate with ACS divisions and external stakeholders, and ensure rigorous data and reporting practices.

The position requires a master’s degree in social work or related field and 4–5 years of relevant experience, including two years in administrative roles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field with required admin experience.
• Experience handling CAS II assessments and QRTP placement is preferred.
• Strong understanding of FFPSA and court reporting timelines.

Responsabilités

• Oversee CAS II assessment processes per FFPSA.
• Guide QI/CFS activities and coordinate with families and ACS divisions.
• Monitor service intensity and determine placement options for youths.
• Approve CASII assessment justification for QRTP placement.
• Ensure timely court presentations and documentation.
