Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, staff, orient, train, discipline, and evaluate personnel.
  • Manage fiscal operations including budget development, cost management, revenue generation, accounts payable, and daily financial practices.
  • Review employee time and attendance; monitor staffing, turnover, overtime, and absenteeism.
  • Rounds with team members and patients to ensure patient experience standards are upheld.
  • Maintain safe and efficient center operations.
  • Manage center activities to meet regulatory licensure and accrediting regulations and maintain a Quality Assurance Program.
  • Investigate and respond to complaints, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Communicate with corporate clients to monitor customer satisfaction, attend networking events, and identify business opportunities.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, update staff on changes, monitor claims, respond to correspondence, and ensure timely report submissions.
  • Submit required reports, identify needs and opportunities, make recommendations for change, and implement problem-solving mechanisms.
  • Perform front desk duties, drug screens, and clinical support duties to reduce overtime.
  • Manage additional service lines including eCare, Employer Care, Kid’s Urgent Care, and/or Primary Care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

  • Strong critical-thinking skills [Required]
  • Ability to communicate in English in order to carry out job requirements [Required]
  • Proficiency in the performance of basic math functions [Required]
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook [Required]
  • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail software programs. [Required]
  • Aptitude for strong organizational skills [Required]

  • BAT and Drug Screen are required to obtain and maintain once in the role.
