• HOMECARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Review and coordinate case referrals and determine home care needs
• Facilitates, coordinates and integrates orders from physicians
• Reviews clinician documentation and performs QA & review coding
• Assist in screening, interviewing and orientation of new agency personnel
• Assists Clinical Director in planning, implementing and evaluating in-service and continuing education programs
• Participates in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Projects
• Serves as backup for Director of Clinical Services

Responsibilities

• Facilitates, coordinates and integrates orders from all physicians.
• Reviews and evaluates each case by reviewing the services provided by clinicians, conferences, record review, discusses and verifies impressions, instructs and guides clinicians to promote more effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.
• Reviews and critiques all clinical staff documentation. Performs QA & review coding.
• Assists in the screening and interviewing process of new agency personnel and makes recommendations for employment of individuals. Assists in the orientation of new agency personnel.
• Assists Clinical Director in the planning, implementation and evaluation of in-service and continuing education programs.
• Participates in agency Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Projects as assigned.
• Serves as a backup support for Director of Clinical Services.
