Caring Hearts Homecare is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager to lead the Clinical department and ensure high-quality patient care in a home health setting.

The ideal candidate holds an MA RN license with at least two years of nursing experience, including home health and supervisory responsibilities, plus prior clinical management experience.

Formación

• Current MA RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Home health and clinical supervisory experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience.
• Prior clinical manager experience in home health preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the agency clinical program and daily department operations.
• Manage clinician staff and monitor department clinical performance.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, orientation, and competency assessments.
• Assist administrator with development and administration of agency programs.
• Review policies to ensure staff can meet goals and responsibilities.
• Use data reports to compare performance to national norms and drive improvements.
• Oversee clinical record reviews for QAPI committee presentations.
• Support PI committees to meet quarterly goals.
• Assist in planning agency committee meetings and address grievances.
• Provide field treatment when needed and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Description:

Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire a full-time Clinical Manager, someone who is self-driven, responsible, dedicated professional, to lead our Clinical department.

Qualifications include:

• Current RN state (MA) license in good standing.


• Minimum of two years current Nursing experience.


• Home health and Clinical Supervisory experience.


• Must have at least 1 year of Hands-on Nursing experience.


• Prior Clinical Manager experience in Home Health preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversight of the Agency clinical program, lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the department.


• Oversee and manage clinician staff and monitor the clinical performance of the department.


• Work with HR in hiring qualified staff, lead orientation, and competency assessment of clinical staff.


• Assist the Administrator in planning the overall development and administration of the Agency as set forth in the policies and procedures relating to the agency’s programs.


• Reviews and evaluates existing policies and practices to determine if current methods provide the means for the staff to carry out their responsibilities and achieve projected goals.


• Utilize data reports to quantify the agency’s performance against the national norms. Recommends the Administrator methodology to change outcomes and improve scores.


• Oversee the clinical record review summaries for the provider to present at the QAPI committee.


• Assures that established PI committees maintain the goal of meetings per calendar quarter.


• Assists the Administrator in planning and conducting agency Committee meetings.


• Receives and acts to resolve complaints subject to the agency’s grievance procedure.


• Treat in the field if needed.


• Maintaining compliance with Accreditation status, Home Health Care Federal and State regulations.
