Concierge Home Care in Orange Park, FL seeks a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a dedicated home health clinical team, ensuring high-quality, compliant patient care and clinical excellence in a rapidly growing organization.

Qualifications

Your Role as Clinical Manager (RN)

Qualifications

• Active, unencumberedFlorida RN license
• Minimum1 yearRN experience(acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency
• Strong knowledge ofhome health regulations and clinical compliance
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations
