Sierra Health and Wellness in California seeks a Clinical Services Supervisor (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) to lead the clinical team and ensure high-quality client care. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, oversee treatment planning, and mentor staff in an on-site clinic environment.

The role requires licensure, a relevant master’s degree, and at least two years in drug/alcohol counseling, with on-call coverage and program development responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active professional license as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.
• Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work (or related field) as required.
• Certified in CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and schedule the clinical staff and participate in hiring and performance management.
• Provide training, coaching, mentoring, and professional development; address performance issues as needed.
• Deliver mental health and substance use treatment, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Assess client progress and participate in treatment and aftercare planning with the multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care with outside agencies and community partners; respond to clinical emergencies.
• Complete documentation in the electronic health record and ensure confidentiality and compliance.

This role provides direct client services, including individual and group therapy, assessments, treatment planning, and crisis response.
