Lifepoint Health seeks a Resource Clinical Liaison (RN, PT, OT, SLP) for inpatient rehab. This full-time role is remote with 95% travel; candidate must live near a major airport hub in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones to enable travel access.
You will build referrals, train Liaisons, coordinate intake, perform on-site assessments, and educate patients and families about services and care pathways, while maintaining strong external contacts with payors and case managers.

Build and maintain referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospitals as an interim Clinical Liaison. Train new Clinical Liaisons onsite. Coordinate the intake and pre-admission screening process, conduct on-site clinical assessments to determine suitability for acute rehabilitation, educate patients/families on services and participation requirements, and serve as the primary external contact for case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and payors. Travel is early Monday morning and Thursday after working a full day or on Friday.

Role involves weekly travel to referring facilities and community partners; valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Success measures include timeliness of screenings, conversion rates, and quality of referral relationships. Works closely with admissions, nursing, therapy, and case management to ensure smooth transitions and payer authorization compliance.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Current clinical licensure required (RN, PT, OT, SLP) per state requirements.
Prior marketing/sales experience in inpatient rehab required; prior clinical experience with demonstrated assessment skills and EMR proficiency preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, customer relationship building, sound clinical judgment, organization/time-management, and basic computer/data-entry proficiency.
$95,000-$110,000 per year with bonus potential
