Job summary

Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller is a 36-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital offering exceptional care to the Keller, TX community. The schedule is PRN for this Clinical Liaison role.

The Clinical Liaison will initiate conversations with potential referral sources, develop and implement strategies to increase admissions, and spend the majority of time in the field presenting to providers and assessing patients while building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Clinical licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous clinical experience with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
• Previous marketing/sales experience preferred.
• Formal sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiates one-on-one dialog with potential referral sources and maintains relationships with current referral sources.
• Designs, develops, and drives sales strategies to increase patient admissions leveraging rehabilitating medically complex patients.
• Spends 80%+ in the field making presentations, assessing patients and building long-term relationships.

How you'll contribute

A Clinical Liaisonwho excels in this role:

Initiates one on one dialog with potential referral sources and maintains position relationships with current referral sources. Designs, develops, and drives cutting edge sales strategies designed to increase patient admissions that leverage partner's core competence in the area of rehabilitating medically complex patients. Leverages their clinical and sales expertise to promote their locations to prospective referral sources aiding inpatient admissions/referral process. Spends most of their time (80% or more) in the field, making presentations, assessing patients and building those long-term relationships.
