Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, training and case management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly psychotherapy (individual and/or group) and case coordination.
• Coordinate admissions and program schedules with leadership.
• Conduct intakes/admissions for new residents and oversee crisis interventions.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation for each resident.
• Ensure communication to staff and stakeholders; provide staff training as needed.
