Select Medical in Morgantown, WV seeks a Clinical Liaison (RN or RT) to advocate for referred patients during pre-admission, coordinate post-ICU care, and facilitate transfers. You will work with clinical teams, discharge planners, and families to determine optimal care plans.

The role offers a competitive salary ($70,000 - $85,000) with uncapped monthly bonus incentives, extensive onboarding, and a comprehensive benefits package. Monday–Friday, 8–5, on-site.

Qualifications

• Required Skills: RN or RT license; ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients.
• Preferred: healthcare marketing or business development experience is beneficial, extensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan continuum of care after ICU or post-surgical stay with physicians and families.
• Perform clinical assessments and counsel families to aid care decisions.
• Collaborate with case managers and physicians to streamline pre-admission and transfer processes.
