Job summary

ClearSky Health is seeking a Clinical Liaison in Lecanto, FL to evaluate potential patients for admissions and manage a sales territory. You will conduct development plans, marketing activities, and interface with referral sources to align with company values.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in healthcare and a current clinical license. Day shifts, full-time, on-site position with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare.
• Healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Current clinical state license in good standing (RN, LPN, RRT, PT, OT or SLP).
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Ability to engage referral sources and represent the organization professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintains assigned sales territory.
• Develops and refines territory sales plans based on data and market needs.
• Tracks sales activity, maintains client profiles, and ensures compliance with company standards.
• Conducts proper pre-admission patient evaluations in a timely manner.
• Coordinates marketing and public relations activities (conferences, seminars, etc.).

Our Clinical Liaisons are responsible for evaluating potential patients to determine if they meet admissions criteria. These individuals maintain assigned sales and marketing territory, prepare development plans, marketing, conduct calls and present to potential referral sources while integrating company values into daily practice. This position is full time and will work day shifts.

Job Duties:

• Maintains assigned sales territory.
• Develops, implements, evaluates, and refines territory sales plans based upon data, trends, market needs, and facility needs.
• Effectively track sales activity, maintain client profiles, and ensure compliance with Company’s standards.
• Conducts proper pre-admission patient evaluations in a timely manner.
• Coordinates specific marketing and public relations activities such as conferences exhibits, seminars/in-services, advertising, media relations, government relations, etc. as assigned.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 (three ) years’ experience in healthcare.
• Healthcare sales experience strongly preferred.
• Current clinical state license in good standing (Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is required.
• Must maintain valid, acceptable driving record, current drivers’ license and insurability.
