Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a Clinical Liaison for a full-time role in Needham, MA. You will build relationships with hospitals and healthcare partners and coordinate seamless transitions for residents under our care.

The position requires an active driver’s license, clinical licensure preferred, and strong communication, organization, and attention to detail to support high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required; travel between facilities is essential.
• RN, LPN, or LSW licensure preferred.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple residents and care teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to support care coordination and referrals.
• Promote the organization’s philosophy, mission, and objectives as a representative of care standards and values.
• Attend facility meetings, calls, and in-services to support collaboration, education, and strong communication across care settings.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions, and ensure the respectful handling of patient information and hospital property.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date referral-tracking logs to support efficient admissions and care coordination.
• Prepare and distribute timely end-of-day reports to department leaders to ensure clear communication and operational alignment.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to support smooth transitions of care and ensure resident needs are clearly communicated and addressed.
