Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a Clinical Liaison to serve Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. This full-time role focuses on care coordination and referrals.

You will build relationships with medical professionals, travel between facilities with a valid license, and maintain referral logs and end-of-day reports. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for mobility between facilities.
• Current RN, LPN, or LSW licensure preferred.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with residents, patients, and care teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities and organizations to support effective care coordination and referrals.
• Promote the organization’s philosophy, mission, and objectives both internally and externally, serving as a trusted representative of our care standards and values.
• Attend and actively participate in facility meetings, calls, and in-services to support collaboration, education, and strong communication across care settings.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions, and ensure the respectful handling of patient information and hospital property.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date referral-tracking logs to support efficient admissions and care coordination.
• Prepare and distribute timely end-of-day reports to department leaders to ensure clear communication and operational alignment.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to support smooth transitions of care and ensure resident needs are clearly communicated and addressed.
