Job summary

Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center in New Jersey seeks a dedicated liaison to screen prospective residents for admission in both acute and community settings, and to perform on-site clinical and financial assessments to determine appropriateness of admission.

You will work with residents and families on the front end of the admission process to ensure a smooth and efficient intake, coordinating with hospital staff and community partners.

Qualifications

• 3 years related experience in long term care.
• Excellent management skills.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written.
• Experience developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops marketing and promotional materials for the facility.
• Establishes contact with reporters, advertising media, and other advertising representatives.
• Coordinates special events for the facility and community.
• Coordinates the implementation of marketing strategy for residents and facility services.
• Acts as liaison between facility and family members and hospital during the admission process.
• Screens admissions thoroughly to ensure the facility can clinically accommodate and anticipate all needs required.
