Brightli is seeking a Clinical Training and Development Partner in Farmington, MO, to lead organizational learning initiatives. You will assess training needs, develop engaging programs, and deliver sessions across departments while ensuring compliance and quality of care.

Competenze

• Master's degree required and licensure preferred.
• Experience developing, facilitating, or coordinating training programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and clinical best practices.

Mansioni

• Assess organizational learning and development needs.
• Design and deliver clinical and operational training programs.
• Facilitate trainings for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with leaders and departments to support workforce development.
• Create and maintain training materials and resources following branding standards.
• Coordinate cross-region training opportunities and onboarding support.
• Maintain training databases, records, and reporting data.
• Track training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Support audits and ensure training quality standards.
