Brightli in Poplar Bluff, MO is seeking a Clinical Training and Development Partner to design and deliver engaging clinical education across the organization. You’ll translate complex behavioral health concepts into practical learning experiences and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to identify learning needs.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and professional experience in behavioral health services, with strong presentation and facilitation

Competenze

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Professional experience in behavioral health services.
• Ability to present and facilitate clinical or educational content.

Mansioni

• Design and facilitate training for in-person, virtual, and digital environments.
• Translate clinical concepts into practical learning experiences.
• Assess training needs using feedback, data, and priorities.
• Partner with leaders, HR, Compliance, Credentialing, and CQI to support workforce development.
• Create presentations, facilitator guides, videos, and other learning resources.
• Coordinate training calendars, resources, and participant information.
• Evaluate training outcomes and improve learning effectiveness and quality of service.
