Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane seeks a Supervisor of the Clinical Learning Center to oversee the Training Academy, internship program, and licensure supervision. You will design curriculum, coordinate trainer schedules, and build relationships with universities to enrich intern experiences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
• Active WA State LICSW license at time of application.
• Must have an unrestricted and valid driver’s license, willing to use personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of FBH’s master’s level internship program.
• Engage with local/online programs and secure university affiliations.
• Create internship manual and trainer training; coordinate schedules.
• Supervise internship placement and oversight; provide licensure supervision as needed.
• Coordinate and deliver trainings across the Training Academy.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to promote the internship program.
