Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead supervision of master’s and bachelor’s level clinicians in clinic- and school-based programs. You will ensure treatment plans meet professional standards and promote evidence-based practices.

The role includes providing licensure supervision, conducting training, and collaborating with other supervisors. Some positions may include a small client caseload and virtual or in-person formats.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LCSW license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LCSW.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide supervision and consultation.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and high-quality clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Provides and documents clinical supervision to master's and/or bachelor’s level clinicians.
• Reviews, approves, and/or provides feedback regarding treatment plans within 3 business days.
• Completes monthly clinical audits and coordinates with team members.
• Maintains licensure training and compliance with Centerstone policies.
• Offers clinical training and availability for consultation during business hours.
