Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane is seeking a Supervisor of the Clinical Learning Center to oversee the Training Academy, Internship Program, and Licensure Supervision. You will design curricula, coordinate trainers, and collaborate with leadership to grow internship opportunities for students and professionals.

This role requires a Master’s in Social Work, current WA LICSW, and the ability to manage multiple programs, supervise staff, and liaise with universities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
• Active WA State DOH Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) at time of application.
• Unrestricted and valid driver’s license with active car insurance and willingness to use personal vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of FBH’s master’s level internship program.
• Engage with local and online programs, assess school requirements and FBH’s ability to meet them.
• Ensure intern processes are followed including university affiliation agreements and paperwork.
