Job summary

Complete Care - MidAtlantic is seeking RN leaders to guide clinical teams in a long-term care environment. You will empower direct care staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure quality outcomes across shifts.

The role requires an active RN license, leadership experience, and proficient use of PCC EHR. We welcome growth-minded professionals who value teamwork and ongoing development within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in the state with an active, unencumbered license.
• Clinical leadership experience in long-term/skilled nursing is required.
• Competence with PCC Point Click Care EHR; leadership certificates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership within a long-term/skilled nursing setting.
• Oversee nursing operations, mentor staff, and promote peer development.
• Utilize PCC EHR to document and coordinate resident care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and resident safety.
