Job summary

Complete Care at Wayne Hills Rehabilitation & Respiratory Center is seeking RN clinical leaders to oversee unit operations, drive high-quality resident care, and mentor staff. You will coordinate MDS, infection control, and wound care while supporting ongoing education and professional growth for the team.

The role emphasizes leadership within a long-term care setting, collaboration across departments, and a commitment to excellence in care and outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state with active, unencumbered license.
• Strong clinical skills with leadership experience in long-term/skilled care.
• Ability to use PCC-Point Click Care EHR software effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit operations with a focus on clinical excellence.
• Coordinate MDS, infection control, and wound care as needed.
• Develop and mentor staff; support education and growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture of peer development and teamwork.
• Participate in program planning and quality improvement activities.
