Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

As an RN Unit Manager Registered Nurse, you will act as a pivotal clinical leader ensuring exceptional patient care and smooth daily unit operations. Your consolidated duties include:

• Clinical Oversight & Rounds: Conduct systematic nursing rounds to monitor patient progress, assess changing needs, and implement individualized care plans.

• Staff Supervision & Coaching: Directly manage nursing staff on your shift, overseeing medication administration, providing constructive feedback, and participating in performance evaluations.

• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain meticulous records according to HIPAA guidelines and ensure all staff adhere strictly to local, state, federal, and facility policies.

• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Partner seamlessly with physicians, families, and the broader care team to ensure holistic recovery and clear discharge education.

Qualifications

To excel as our RN Unit Manager Registered Nurse, you should possess:

• License: An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin.
