Job summary

Complete Care at Prospect Heights is seeking RN leaders for Unit Manager, Supervisor, MDS Coordinator, Infection Control, and staff development roles. The team will empower residents and staff with strong clinical skills and PCC-Point Click Care proficiency.

Qualified candidates will have leadership experience in long-term care, excellent clinical abilities, and a willingness to advance professional development. A valid RN license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in long-term/skilled nursing environments.
• Exceptional clinical skills and patient care expertise.
• Proficiency with PCC-Point Click Care EHR software.
• Leadership certificates or coursework are a plus.
• Open to career growth and peer development.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership as Unit Manager or Supervisor.
• Oversee MDS coordination and infection control initiatives.
• Lead staff development and education programs.
• Monitor wound care and quality of care for residents.
• Ensure PCC workflows and documentation accuracy.
