Job summary

Jobtailor in Missouri seeks a Wound Care Leader to oversee Providers, LPNs/LVNs, and Medical Assistants. You will set objectives, mentor staff, and refine workflows to ensure high standards and compliant practice.

You will lead training, perform skills assessments, collaborate with the Executive Team, and drive quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes and multidisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Wound care certification either already held or to be obtained within 45 days of hire.
• Minimum 4 years of wound care experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to guide and support a diverse clinical team.
• Passion for patient-centered care and professional excellence.
