Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide patient care at the Wound Care Center, manage intake and discharge, and assist in the vein clinic after completing Healogics Vein Clinic training.

The role includes case management, nursing assessments, wound staging, documentation, and education. You will collaborate with physicians and leadership, participate in quality improvement, and perform HBOT duties after training.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice (NJ)

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients
• Handle patient intake and discharge processes

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current RN license in the state of practice, maintained throughout employment
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Medical Surgical, Home Health, or Wound Care Certification preferred
• Wound care experience preferred
• Demonstrated competency in BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Knowledge of regulatory and accrediting requirements for healthcare organizations
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills

• Teaching skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking team environment
