Zusammenfassung

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center (LWRMC) seeks a Clinical Leader (RN) PCU to oversee nursing care, quality and patient experience. You will supervise the nursing staff, support staff development and retention, and implement evidence-based protocols to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Requirements include BSN within 3 years, valid Florida/Compact RN license, BLS, and required specialty certifications. This is a full-time day-shift role with competitive pay and benefits within the UHS family.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BSN within 3 years of hire date required.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Three years of experience in specialty required.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Additional certifications required at start date (ACLS, NRP, NIH, PALS, CPI) as specified by unit.

• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee unit-based education, orientation and competencies, EMR education.
