Job summary

Pueblo of San Felipe seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide assessment, therapy, and leadership within the Behavioral Health Program. The role emphasizes culturally informed care, coordination with families and child welfare, and collaboration with tribal partners.

You will mentor providers, supervise staff, and guide treatment planning, ensuring safe, effective services for youth and families across the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a family-centered environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a culturally and linguistically diverse setting.
• Familiarity with wraparound care approaches and multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Experience engaging with families, youth, and community stakeholders.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and clinical operations.
• Ability to assess progress and tailor treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy and develop treatment plans.
• Lead clinical oversight for youth services and coordinate interventions.
• Engage with youth, families, and schools to support clinical decisions.
• Deliver trainings and supervise Family Support Worker and CPSW positions.
• Complete clinical reviews and document caseload data for reporting.
• Collaborate with tribal and community partners to ensure culturally informed care.
• Participate in team meetings to plan youth-centered outcomes and permanency.
