Job summary

Pueblo of San Felipe seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups within the Behavioral Health Program.

The role includes clinical leadership, coordinating care across child welfare services, schools, and tribal partners, as well as supervising and mentoring clinicians to ensure culturally informed practice and sound treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.
• Independence NM licensure LPCC/LCSW or equivalent.
• Experience in family-centered and culturally diverse settings preferred.
• Ability to provide clinical oversight and supervision within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health therapy and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate with child welfare services and tribal/community partners.
• Lead clinical consultation and case management for youth and families.
• Attend meetings with families, schools, and service teams to drive interventions.
• Mentor and train providers, including supervising Family Support Worker and CPSW.
